Честно говоря я не совсем понял, что имеется ввиду.
Принтер стоит на линуксовой машине?
На него должны печатать терминальные клиенты с виндовс200х-сервера?
Навскидку 2 варианта:
1) Samba - доков валом
2) Cups + ipp - хорошая дока здесь -
