у меня было такое очень долго -- я и на модем грешил, и перепроверял
все что только можно.
Потом (совпало с очередной перепрошивкой, хотя дело скорее не в ней) все
более-менее заработало.
Я уж думал что это что-то с провайдерами/модемом, но сейчас, когда
прочитал это письмо возникло чувство дежавю.
Речь все еще идет о ppp?
P.$.: отправляются не только письма медленно, но и весь исходящий трафик
как-будто "зажат". Какие у меня проблемы были с заливкой в сизиф!
P.P.$.: а модем какой? версию ядра заодно тоже укажите
