На самом деле вариантов еще как минимум два:
- проблемы с DNS у почтового сервера;
- проблемы с конфигурацией вашей DNS-зоны. Неадекватные параметры кэширования?
Hint: поставить достаточно большой (2-3 месяца, или больше) TTL для DNS-записей
своего почтового сервера.
Вобщем, dig в руки - и смотреть на все свои DNS, взаимодействуя с админом
того почтового сервера (ему тоже - dig в руки ;)
