Через самбу, там как раз файл-сервер.
Это оказался самый простой и быстрый вариант - на клиентских
машинах делать iso, а на сервере в меню mc выбирать, чем писать -
growisofs или cdrecord.
Ещё бы DMA там включить...

Параметрами mkisofs в потрохах этой программы.
