Занимаясь upgrade регулярно после работы apt-get upgrade вижу
сообщения типа:
The following packages have been kept back
MPlayer MPlayer-gui perl-PDL
А почему собственно "have been kept back"?
Ведь применительно к тому же MPlayer: в системе установлен
MPlayer-1.0-alt13.pre5,
а на сидюке с RPMS.updates - MPlayer-1.0-alt16.pre5 (скачано с
ftp://updates.altlinux.com, разумеется).
Где почитать?
И/или - чем чревато если как-то (кстати: как, если с apt-...?)
принудительно обновить?
Тем более, что при попытке:
# apt-get install MPlayer-vidix-radeon
получаю:
file /usr/lib/vidix/radeon_vid.so from install of
MPlayer-vidix-radeon-1.0-alt16.pre5.M24.1 conflicts with file from
package MPlayer-1.0-alt13.pre5
E: Error while running transaction
(сравни с вашенаписанным).
