Мне кажется вариант с двумя платами весьма приемлем, просто часть софта должна
ходить на один адрес, а часть на второй. Мже просто производительнось вашего
сервера является узким горлышком, а не комутатор.
Есть еще один вариант, более дорогой:
на машине поднять гигабитний эзернет плюс сменить свич на болле навороченый с
гигабитным аплинком и "правильной" комутацией пакетов. Больше ниче в голову не
приходит.
