Возьми src.rpm от любого стандартного php-модуля (php-ldap например) и
по образу и подобию. Если, конечно PHP не самосборный, а от ALT. Если
сам собирал - читай доку к PHP на предмет того, как отдельно собрать
модуль (или смотри всё тот же .spec от стандартного модуля).
