Прописал в апте путь к бекпортам для Мастера 2.4:
Получил:

Не надо в конце base/release
надо ...i586 RPMS.backports

Все было гораздо проще - там в листах сорсов идет запись типа RPMS [alt]
а alt - это ключ прописанный по-моему в вендорсах - я просто добавил
туда еще один ключ и в сорсах написал
RPMS[alt-back] и все завелось.
