Surecom+ALT - это и есть сущность пролемы... Я в свое время пытался
локализовать проблему со сборкой этого драйвера, но не хватило
усидчивости... Какой-то из стандартных патчей делает работу этой
сетевухи нестабильной, вплоть до опса ядра... Последнее рабочее ядро -
М2.2, все ядра Сизифа и последующих дистрибутивов с этой сетевухой не
работали... Если есть время и желания - попробуйте отключать патчи в
ядре и пересобирайте пока не поймете какой патч гадит... Польза будет
всем несчастным владельцам этих сетевух...
