Пытаюсь скачать /home/samba одного сервера на другой,
/home/samba ~ 30 Gb.
$ rsync -avz ...
Сервера включены в один хаб, карты 100Mb.
Скорость закачки очень мала, наверно 1 Mb/c.

Тогда зачем -z ? Лучше добавить -P.
