UPS - Powercom KIN625AP

/etc/nut/upsd.conf
Оставил без изменений, доступ только у 127.0.0.1/32
Добавил upsmon в группы upsdrv,upsd
# service upsdrv start - [done]
# service upsd start - [done]
# service upsmon start - [молчание ягнят]
Отключаю питание, UPS начинает пищать и в логи ничего не пишет.

Как можно запустить upsmon?
Отключением компа при пропадании питания, он занимается?
