Сложный вопрос, клиенты которым купили сами под виндой и им-то пофиг.
А я экспериментирую.

Интересен вопрос-то тем, что нужно выставить именно такие настройки в
wine, какие выставляются в винде в regional settings в control panel.
В случае promt надо жестко выставить russian, а вот как это сделать?
