Возможно проще:
- установить все с первого диска,
- записать RPMS.main,RPMS.contrib,RPMS.nonfree на носители (CD/DVD).
- создать свой локальный репозитарий,
- настроить apt на локальный репозитарий.
Нужна только начальная установка система, все остальное сделает apt.
