Вряд ли Вас здесь кто-нибудь проконсультирует.
Слишком много шансов, что "виновато " приложение.

Найдите описание кодов ошибок, хотя судя по комментарию к ошибке -
это тупиковый путь, т. к. ошибка слишком общая и обработчик
исключительных ситуаций java
ее не обрабатывает.
Может можно повысить уровень отладки и сообщение об ошибке станет
более конкретным.
Попробуйте методом исключения найти модуль, который приводит к ошибке.
