Насколько я понял ваш просто развел производитель.
Как извесно 1 КБ=1024 Б, а производитель считает 1 КБ=1000 Б.
Поскольку программы считают правильно (1 КБ=1024 Б).
А биос показывает то что ему присылает винчестер - тоесть то что записал
в память винта производитель. Не беспокойтесь по этому поводу. У вас в
системе все в порядке.
