Может имеет смысл сперва читать/писать научиться и не оверквотить, а
уже затем заниматься пересборкой?
(Подсказка. Для успешной пересборки нужно как минимум иметь
установленные rpm и rpm-build, и хоть один раз запустить от своего
имени rpminit. После этого у Вас в домашнем каталоге будет создана
нужная инфраструктура сборки. Затем уже, лучше из ~/RPM/SPECS, после
установки srpm пакета давать упоминавшиеся команды на пересборку. Ну
и читать, читать, читать вывод команды. И сообщать сюда конкретные
ошибки, а не свои эмоции.)
