Увы, да, завязвано. Могут поменяться сборочные зависимости, правила в
rpm-build и т.п. влоть до фазы Луны, в результате чего пакет, собранный
на несвежем срезе, или ещё хуже, последнем дистрибутиве может запросто
не пройти сборку в hasher на текущем Сизифе. Желания играть в рулетку
"пройдёт-не пройдет" у меня нет, а возможность регулярно закатывать
(нет, не камень в гору) свежий срез появится, но не завтра. Поэтому я
пока не занимаюсь активной поддержкой своих пакетов, но совсем от них не
отказываюсь, и тихо радуюсь, что пока они не попали в категорию отверженных.
