Собсна говорить уже не о чем, так как я перенес функции wins-сервера на
Windows2003 Server.
Дело было в том, что из сетевого окружения переодически пропадала
парочка доменов... любых.
Все мои потуги помогали, но только на время, через случайное количество
времени ситуация повторялась.
Лечилось это через service smb restart, но как я уже сказал не на долго.
Может самба была старая, может у меня руки кривые, но
после установки виндового wins-сервера живу спокойно.
ЗЫ: Сеть что-то около 300 компутеров. пять доменов.
