Попробуй указать в файле /etc/profile.d/proxy.sh
export http_proxy=http://proxy.xxx.ru:3128 или
export ftp_proxy=ftp://proxy.xxx.ru:3128
Вместо proxy.xxx.ru свой адрес и порт.
