Монтирую ntfs следующим образом:/dev/hdc6 /mnt/ntfs1 ntfs
user,iocharset=koi8-r,exec,ro, 0 0(fstab), для юзера не доступно. В чём
прикол?

прикол в том, что маны не читаете.
man mount и ищите "Mount options for ntfs".

Добавьте к параметрам монтирования в fstab еще umask=0
