Это у вас биос кривой. Попробуйте его обновить - иногда помогает.

Ну если у вас LILO, тогда в /etc/lilo.conf, потом запустите lilo. Если
grub, то читайте доки на grub.

Ну надо будет проверить, что строчка в загрузчике осталась(до перезагрузки)
