Master 2.2 не хочет устанавливаться на P4P800, kernel panic.
SATA, Hyperthreading в BIOS отключены.
Подскажите, plz, как его можно поставить?

Коротко - никак. А вообще там будет столько проблем, что проще поставить

там ядрышко старенькое - поэтому легче забить, чем поставить.
Ставь компак - минималку, сверху - мастер, если уж так надо.
А что бы поставить именно мастера тебе придется очччень долго повозиться.

Я решил подобную проблему загрузив инстоллятор с диска junior 2.2
А потом просто заменил диск на установочные диски Мастера и ставил с них.
Там была интеловская мамка на 875 чипсете.
