Это в Сизифе от 6 августа, сейчас может свежее есть.
Если нет то попробуйте собрать самостоятельено взяв spec от 0.9.17-alt2 и
свежие сорцы

Я собирал в своё время rpm-ку DirectFB 0.9.20, чтобы опробовать чудесную
программку Qingy (она требует как раз DirectFB 0.9.18). Облом в том, что
на libdirectfb завязано куча программ (xine например) и их требуется
все пересобрать с новой libdirectfb или выбросить. Вроде week@ и слышал
о моих потугах, но новую сборку directfb не делал.
если вам нужно могу выложить сборку 0.9.20. Можете и сами собрать,
правка в спеке там самая минимальная.
