У нас несколько человек занимаются одним сайтом. Сейчас прямо на этом
сайте, а раньше - на другом сервере был cvs через ssh. И с помощью
loginfo при коммите файл кладётся на сервер.
А разработка ведётся в разных средах. Я предпочитаю bluefish, другие -
MS Frotnpage. C cvs соответственно работаем через command-line и через
WinCVS.
