В /var/run/kernel никак не могут находится заголовочные файлы.
Путь к заголовчным файлам ядра: /usr/include/linux . Убедитесь, что у
вас установлена последняя версия kernel-headers-common (на сколько я
помню для Compact выходило обновление этого пакета) и kernel-headers-std-up.
Возможно всё это и не нужно. Какой драйвер вы хотите собрать? Возможно
уже имеется собранная версия под Compact.
