Здравствуйте!
Соединение нестабильное и закачка больших файлов (ядро)
через rsync часто обрывается.
Может rsync делать дозакачку?
Сейчас синзронизацию делаю:
rsync -avz --delete --progress rsync.altlinux.ru::ALTLinux/updates/...

Да.

man rsync - на предмет --partial и, возможно, --checksum
