Если в линуксе - используйте Clonezilla
Если ОС, в которой делать копирование, непринципиальна - используйте
флешку с Windows PE и Ghost
Рекомендую переливать напрямую , подключив один из дисков с помощью
адаптера USB-SATA
После копирования, возможно, придётся сделать grub-install
