Простите, не совсем понял.
То есть, после отдачи команды # apt-distupgrade нужно сидеть и читать
вывод на экран неотрывно? Возможно, если Вы
разработчик/мантейнер/ответственный за выпуск дистрибутива/Айседора
Дункан Вы так и делаете. Но пользователь, - не Айседора Дункан :)
Так же, возможно, где-то лежит log обновления. Но тогда в документации
должно быть явно указано следующее: "Бесценный пользователь! В
результате проведённого обновления, некоторые конфигурационные файлы
были переименованы. Нижайше просим Вас посмотреть логи обновления,
лежащие там-то/и/там-то и почитать следующие рекомендации: [здесь
рекомендации]".
