У меня в досигаемости Toshiba Satellite L40-139. На него ставилась
ветка 4 desktop с последующим апгрейдом до бранч.
Остановлюсь сразу на минусах:
- звук завёлся с бубном
- wifi (atheros 5007eg) завёлся под ndiswrapper
- не работает модем
- не работают функциональные клавиши (регулировка яркости, саспенд и
т.д.) вечером напрягает изрядно, экран яркий, глазам очень
некомфортно.
и самый неприятный глюк: несколько раз машина просто зависала
вусмерть. никакие системные, "волшебные" кнопкосочетания не помогали.
Очень надеюсь, что новое ядро 2.6.24, планируемое в 4.1 исправит положение дел.
Железо само по себе исправно. Оффтоп - работает без нареканий.
Вообще, должен сказать, что для бюджетного ноутбука он производит
приятное впечатление.
