Доброе время суток!
Прошу прощения, что пишу сюда, а не в hardware@. Кажется, здесь больше
олла, может кто-нибудь сталкивался...
Имеется компьютер PC2Duo E6750/RAM 2GB/ASUS P5K/nVIDIA 8800GT 512
Mb/320 GB HDD. На него будет ставится ALD 4.0.2. Запустив его сегодня
на упомянутой конфигурации в режиме Live CD столкнулся с проблемой
невозможности выставить "нативное" разрешение у вайдового монитора,
1680х1050. Максимум - 1280х1024, что конечно же, неприемлимо.
Подскажите, пожалуйста, есть ли шанс, что при инсталляции драйвер,
карта и монитор поймут друг друга правильно и разрешение будет таким,
как должно быть?
Нужно ли выкачивать свежий драйвер от nVIDIA и пытаться его поставить?
Если компилировать на месте, достаточно ли будет доустановить с ALD 4
DVD пакеты gcc и kernel-headers?
*Для снятия вопроса о работоспособности железа: оффтопик виста на этом
комплекте работает безупречно.
