У меня был Benq 1640. Точно так же себя вёл. Причём, точно так же себя
вёл под оффтопиком. Видимо это железо. Причина может быть одна или
несколько сразу.
Когда я перенёс его во внешнюю коробку, систему целиком вешать
перестал, но вёл себя так: либо вешал приложение, либо "корректно"
выдавал тип ошибки (что-то с неправильным ответом девайса на
подаваемую команду).
На всякий случай, проверьте шлейфы, иногда бывает столько практически
неуловимого геммороя с одной полуубитой жилкой 80-ти жильного кабеля.
Проверьте, хватает ли мощности блока питания.
Проверьте под оффтопиком. Нсколько мне известно, у Benq под оффтопик
есть специальная утилитка. Посмотрите девайс ей. Перепрошейте свежую
прошивку.
