Сейчас все это есть в 2003 серевере.
Для ltsp даже есть специальный пакет (ltsp.ru_RDP_client), для работы в
такой связке.
Устанавливаете 2 сервера 1-под Linux, 2-под win.
На первом устанавливаете пакеты с www.ltsp.ru или www.ltsp.org, от туда
же читаете документацию.
При этом тонкие клиенты грузятся с 1 сервера, запускаются иксы, и затем
клиент для RDP для работы с 2 сервером.
