Купил дистрибутив "Compact 2.3" в DVD-упаковке, с книжкой.
Скопировал на винт дистрибутив, сравнил CD и rsync.altlinux.ru.
Оказалось:
файлы c ftp имеют дату 23.03.2004, на CD 15.03.2004.
различие в файлах kde-i18n-ru-3.1.4,
на CD kernel-modules-hsf* и kernel-modules-hсf* без ".rpm"
Это только у меня такое :) ?
