Если есть чем собирать и есть kernel-headers, то может взять вот это
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/kernel-modules-fuse-std-up-1.1-alt1.4.src.rpm
поправить под себя и собрать?
