Плохо вы теорию читали если не знаете, что создавать сначала. Вот
прочитайте документацию на мастер2.2:

Этих классов вам будет достаточно:
# top
# person
# inetOrgPerson
# organizationalPerson
Насколько я помню те схемы, которые включены по умолчанию в openldap,
содержат эти классы.
