tcpdump
на шлюзе выдает лавину
arp who-has хх.хх.хх.хх tell хх.хх.хх.хх
Обычно такого не бывает.
Что это такое и как с этим бороться?
Или где про это почитать?

Нормальная работа ARP, бороться не надо - потому что не получится.
Бороться с привычкой дышать - не пробовал?

Продолжим аналогию - чаще чем нужно пробовал дышать?
Как минимум голова закружится. А можно и в обморок упасть.
Арп проявил активность выше чем обычно. Вот я и интересуюсь о наиболее
возможных причинах у опытных товарищей.
