На данный момент apcupsd в Sisyphus больше не поддерживается и
рекомендуется переходить на nut. Лично я так и поступил и не жалею. Но
если "горит", то я делал вполне рабочую сборку apcupsd версии 3.10.12
для Master2.2. Найти её можно здесь:
