Ни в коем случае! Учитесь без истерик приодолевать проблемы,
это может занать некоторое время, но потом окупится сторицей.
А то так на всю жизнь и останетесь мастером перустановок.
В данном случае, думаю, что
rpm --rebuilddb
уменьшит адреналин в вашей крови ;-)
