Отсутствуют заголовки ядра (kernel-headers-<flavour>) или glibc-kernheaders.
Покажите вывод следующей команды:
ls -l /etc/sysconfig/kernel/

Я (и не только) столкнулся с тем, что kernel-headers-common в Compact
2.3 не создаёт линк /etc/syconfig/kernel/include ->
/usr/include/linux-default/include
Делал его руками.
Поскольку сейчас в updates для Compact 2.3 висит обновление для
kernel-headers-common (1.1.5-alt1) - очевидно оно и лечит данную
проблему. Надо просто заапдейтится.
