Эта проблема не имеет отношения к Самбе. Это на знание винНТ.
Надо добавить доменного пользователя (DOMAIN\USER а не
LOCALMACHINE\USER) в _локальную_ группу администраторов.
Кстати в эту группу по умолчанию входят Domain Admins, потому они и
имеют полные права на станциях.
