Такого модема у меня нет, но я очему-то всю жизнь был уверен что это на
HSF а PCTEL.
Вот тут например лежит небольшая дока как человек воевал с этим модемом,
правда на мастере 2.2 (в то время дрова для pctel еще не собирались в
дистрибутив):
