При сборке libclip-1.1.9-alt0.2.src.rpm

Этот тег еще неизвестен той версии rpm, которой вы пытаетесь собрать
libclip. Где производите сборку?
Сборку произвожу в AltLinux Master 2.2 (rpm-4.0.4-alt14, rpm-build-4.0.4-alt14)
Update в Master'е по rpm нет, а из Sisyphus надо тянуть с десяток пакетов и в конечном счете service конфликтует SysVinit, initscripts & crontabs.
