Сейчас у Вас UseInternalAGPGART стоит в "yes", а что видно в
логах если его поставить в "no"?
У меня тоже nforce2. И radeon 9200. Работает именно с
UseInternalAGPGART = "no" при этом ядро я собрал с поддержкой
nvidia agpgart. Т.е. вот так:

x x [*] Direct Rendering Manager (XFree86 DRI support)
x x [ ] Build drivers for old (XFree 4.0) DRM
x x --- DRM 4.1 drivers

x x <M> ATI Radeon
Ядро 2.4.22 . Дрова fglrx 3.7.0 с сайта ATI собранные вообще безо
всяких патчей.
