Привет, community.
Вопрос такой: как обновить ядро на загрузочном CD Junior 2.2 до текущей версии.
Причём обновить и то ядро, которое загружается, и сам RPM kernel24-smp, который
устанавливается при инсталяции системы.
Проблема в том, что есть сервер со SCSI-адаптером Adaptec AIC-7902 и при
загрузке этот адаптер не видится - нет драйвера 79xx. Пока решил эту проблему
установкой на IDE-ный диск с последующим апгрейдом ядра до текущей версии
kernel24-smp-2.4.20-alt10, где этот драйвер есть.
Тем не менее, требуется иметь для сервера работоспособный установочный и resque
диск.
