Когда вы через броузер делаете запрос на подписку
на список рассылки на ваш электронный адрес высылается
письмо цель которого подтвердить, что вы _действительно_
хотите подписаться. Метод подтверждения бывает разный -
либо надо зайти на некоторый URL броузером (временный
URL будет указан в письме), либо надо ответить на
присланное письмо с сохранением в его теле письма
некоторого кода (та самая confirmation string - длиннющее случайно
сгенерированное 16-ричное число). Обычно достаточно просто сделать
Reply ничего не меняя в теле и сабжекте сообщения.
Разумеется проделать это нужно в течении некторого разумного
периода времени (в данном случае 3 дня).
