Я "качаю" wget'ом, т. к. ситуация точно такая же.
Для этого начинаю докачку мозилкой.
Затем в "Менеджере загрузок " останавливаю докачку.
Копирую URL в текстовый файл и подсовываю его wget'у на сервере с
толстым каналом (man wget).
Оракле добавляет к URL'у идентификатор, по которому различает докачки.
Если Ваш URL этот идентификатор содержит, -- можете его подсовывать
любому "докаччику".
