Есть
- adsl подключение
- сетевая карта Dlink
- Linux M2.2
- pppoe
Проблема:
если происходит отправка писем (хотя бы три smtp процесса) то ping
либо вообще неходит либо выростает до 3000 мл
если скачивать с него файл то пока закачка не закончиться вторую
закачку неполучается получить
Входящая скорость доходит до 300К исходящая до 70К
Т.е. если есть одно соединение то второе либо очень медленное(если его
вообще можно назвать соединением), либо вообще неможет создаться.

Пробывал 100baseTx-HD, 10baseT-HD эффект нулевой
В чем может быть проблема?
