После добавления всех дисков через apt-cdrom add
делаешь
apt-get install rpm-build
apt-get source kernel24-up-2.4.20-alt5
cd $HOME/RPM/SPECS
rpm -bp kernel-2.4-stable.spec
и в $HOME/RPM/BUILD получаешь исходники со всеми патчами... Опциональное
наложение патчей регулируешь через spec файл...
