Это нестандартные адреса ком-порта. Поэтому прежде чем сделать ссылку на
/dev/ttySx нужно при помощи setserial установить комп-порт на нужный
адрес и прерывание.
что-то вроде setserial /dev/ttyS4 io=0xd000 irq=11.
ИМХО конечно
