Доброе время суток!
OS ALTLinux Master 2.2
Установил я на работе(институте) Master 2.2 /kernel 2.4.20-alt5, всё
заработало кроме модема
3 Com Fax Modem 56K v.90 int. Hardware (2977/5610)
Сидит он на Com4 (Sisoft Sandra).Смотрел вываод команды "$ cat /proc/pci:
Bus 0, device 8, function o:
Serial controller: US Robotics/3com 56K Fax Modem model 5610(rev 1).
irk 11
i/o at 0xd000 [0xd007]
Пробывал сделать ссылку: ls -s /dev/ttyS3 /dev/modem
это не помогло.
Сходил на сайт www.linmodems.org там не нашёл информации по этому модему.
Правда с английским у меня плоховато. :-)
В Google набирал 0xd000 и др., но вразумительных данных не нашёл. На
www.atmsk.ru v.2
ALT Linux search искал тоже ничего.
Помогите справиться с этой задачей. Это поможет продвижению Linux в
народ. Народу
в Linux без интернета тоскливао. :-(
